Cameron Wilson founded Open Door Vending after years of dealing with unreliable vending machines and poor service across Southern Vancouver Island. Frustrated by frequent jams and lost payments, Cameron sought a better, more reliable option. Open Door Vending was built around that goal, introducing AI-powered smart machines that offer real-time inventory tracking and a more consistent customer experience.

From the beginning, Cameron has prioritized customer feedback—regularly engaging with clients to understand what products they want in their machines and ensuring any issues or disputes are resolved promptly and professionally.
